Terms of service

These terms are between you and [your name or business name, ABN] ("we"), who run isotunnel. By buying or using isotunnel you agree to them. They're written to be read, so please do.

The service

isotunnel is a VPN: an app plus servers that carry your internet traffic so the network you're on sees an encrypted connection instead of your activity. We work to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise it will always be reachable, work on every network, or work in every country. Networks and governments change what they block.

Who can use it

You need to be [18] or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use isotunnel and pay for it.

Your account and access key

Your access key is your account. Anyone who has it can use your plan, so keep it private. One plan is for one person. If a key is being shared widely, we may reset it.

Acceptable use

Don't use isotunnel to:

• break the law where you are, or where we are (Australia);
• attack, scan or break into other systems, or send spam;
• share material that exploits children, or any content that's illegal to share;
• infringe copyright, including through torrenting copyrighted material;
• resell the service or overload it on purpose.

Our hosting providers hold us to similar rules. If an account is used this way, we may suspend or close it, without a refund where the law allows.

You're responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to you, including the rules of any network you connect through, such as at work or school.

Paying

• Crypto: each payment buys one month. Nothing renews by itself; pay again to add another month.
• Card: a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from "Renew or manage" on the home page. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Prices are shown before you pay. If a price changes, it applies from your next payment, and card subscribers get notice first.

Refunds

[Your refund policy, for example: "If isotunnel doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund."] Crypto refunds are sent in the currency you paid in, to an address you give us.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under it, and if we fail one of them you're entitled to a remedy.

Privacy

How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, from using or not being able to use isotunnel. Where we can limit our liability, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for the current period. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut isotunnel down, we'll give notice and refund unused paid time.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll give notice before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
